All orders are placed through our secure online platform. We are unable to place orders over the phone or via DMs on social media. This is to ensure your personal information is handled securely and your payment information is protected.

We are an Online only retailer which means we do not inflate the prices of our products to support the costs of a store premises.

All major Debit/Credit cards are accepted. If you are completing your purchase on an Apple device you are also able to use Apple Pay.

We are able to amend orders if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please use the Enquiry Form on our Contact Us page to inform us of the changes you would like to make and we will try our best to facilitate.
If an amendment is requested after the order has been dispatched, this amendment will need to be processed as a new order/return/exchange.

Yes, there are discounts for bulk orders! The discount available will be dependent on the product and the quantity required. Please Note: Delivery timescales for bulk orders may be slightly longer than usual.

We charge delivery in order to keep our individual product prices low but our delivery quality high. Some companies inflate the price of their products and then advertise “Free Delivery” where in reality, they include delivery in the product price which means you are paying delivery per item instead of per order.

Majority of our products are handmade, and every effort is made to ensure our products are 100% as described and free from defects. Due to the handmade nature our products minor imperfections or variations are to be expected and may not be deemed as defects, or reason for return.

We take all reasonable care to ensure product pictures provide as accurate a representation of the product as possible and our images are not edited or filtered.
Please note that screen resolutions differ from device to device and although we have made every attempt for colour accuracy, your device may display the product differently and we cannot be held liable for these differences. Please contact us if you have any questions.
