Acrylic Display Box
Our Acrylic Display Boxes feature an Acrylic Base and a fitted Clear Acrylic Cover, and are available in various sizes (see below).
Whether you’re displaying Jewellery or a Lengha, we have a size which will suit your needs.
Please note: Minimum hire quantity of 3 boxes applies for all bookings
Lahenga/Suit Display Box
Our Lehenga/Suit Display box is a one of a kind way to draw attention to outfits & accessories being gifted. This box features a built-in rail to hang garments from, and a sliding/removable back panel to give easy access to arrange your gifts. This has been designed to create a stunning visual display.
Set of Four/Five Acrylic Covers
If you have purchased one of our Set of Four/Five Hamper Sets and wish to take your gift presentation to the next level, you can hire our acrylic covers for use for your event. The Hamper Set is yours to keep and gift, and the acrylic covers are returned to us following the event.
Hire Fees & Security Deposits
At Shaadi Gifting, our pricing is as transparent as our display boxes! Our pricing is straightforward, with clear details on our fixed Hire Fees and Security Deposits. To guarantee the impeccable condition of our acrylic display boxes, a security deposit is required. Rest assured, this deposit will be promptly returned upon the undamaged and timely return of our display boxes.
Please note: Pricing is subject to change. The price at the time of Booking Deposit payment will be honoured throughout your booking
Hire Period:
We understand preparation time can vary from customer to customer, so our display boxes are available to hire for either a 1 Week or 2 Week period. Please give consideration to when you will be able to return the display boxes, as during your hire period extensions cannot be accommodated (as the display boxes may be pre-booked by another client for the following week). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the agreed-upon rental duration, ensuring a seamless experience for all our valued clients.
Booking Process
We have tried to make reserving your acrylic display boxes as easy as possible. To secure your booking a deposit of 25% of hire fee is required, ensuring that your chosen display boxes are exclusively reserved for your special day. The remainder of the hire fee and full security deposit will be paid upon collection via cash or bank transfer.
Collection and Return:
All display boxes being hired will be collected from and returned to us in Birmingham (B20). Unfortunately, due to the fragility of our acrylic display boxes, we will not ship them to you or permit the use of couriers to return them to us.
Decorating & Maintenance:
We will ensure the boxes are gleaming upon collection, and will provide you with a suitable glass cleaning spray and microfibre cloth to clear any fingerprints before your event. Please refrain from using abrasive cleaning products as this will scratch the acrylic.
We are happy for you to decorate the boxes and add your personal touches with flowers, ribbons, etc, we kindly ask you do not use any sticky tapes which leave a sticky residue. The use of vinyl or glue is not permitted. ‘Glue dots’ are recommended to secure decor and gifts in place
Condition of Items:
We take pride in maintaining our acrylic display boxes to the highest standards, and each piece is inspected prior to collection to ensure it is free of damage or imperfections which would impact use or aesthetic. We would appreciate if appropriate care was taken whilst the display boxes are in your possession to prevent damage and mis-handling.
Should any of our acrylic pieces be damaged this will result in partial/full forfeiture of the security deposit paid.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, if your event is cancelled or postponed please let us know as soon as possible. If bookings are cancelled with more than 90 days notice, we will refund any deposits paid. Deposits will not be returned for cancellations with less than 90 days notice.
