Delivery

Handling Time

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. If this is not possible we will contact you.
    Made-To-Order products will be delivered within 21 working days. Please contact us for a more accurate lead time.

Courier Delivery Time

  • £4.95 Standard Delivery (2-4 days) on orders up to £125
    Free Standard Delivery on orders over £125

  • £6.95 Express Delivery (1-2 days) on orders up to £125.
    £2.00 Express Delivery on orders over £125.

  • Orders are sent via Royal Mail and tracking information can be provided upon request. Royal Mail quote (but do not guarantee) delivery timescales mentioned above.

  • If Royal Mail are unable to deliver, a red ‘Something For You’ card will be left and you may be required to collect the order from your local post office/depot.
    If the order is not collected from the Post Office, Royal Mail will return the order to us. You are liable to pay for the order to be resent.

  • Please ensure address provided is correct (and includes House Name/Flat Number if applicable). If you have provided an incorrect/incomplete address and the order has already been dispatched, you must wait for Royal Mail to return the item to us, and you will be liable for re-delivery charge. Please Note: it can take up to 2/3 weeks for the order to be returned to us.

  • We currently only deliver within the UK. We apologise if you are outside of the UK, however please periodically review this as we do intend to expand to international shipping.

Returns/Exchange

  • All Return/Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 Days of delivery date, and returned within 14 days from the date the return request is approved.

  • ***Made-To-Order & Personalised Products are not eligible for Refund or Exchange***

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging with no signs of use, or Shaadi Gifting have the right to refuse the refund request

  • Please contact us via the Enquiry Form on our Contact page and include your Full Name, Order Date & Number, Item information and reason for return.

  • If item(s) have arrived damaged/defective or mis-shaped, an exchange will be provided. Send us a message and you will be sent a pre-paid returns label to send the original item back to us. Once received, we will send out a replacement (subject to availability).

  • If items have been delivered and you have changed your mind, you are still entitled to a refund however a 10% restocking fee will apply for any items returned and you are liable for shipping costs involved in returning the items to us.

  • You are responsible for ensuring items being returned are packaged adequately to prevent damage during transit.

  • Returns may be refused if:
    - The items are used or damaged by you
    - You do not raise a return request within the required time

  • Return requests where the item has not reached you before your deadline:
    - If we have dispatched later than our expected handling time (2 working days), we will also refund your initial postage costs and pay for return postage.
    - If we have dispatched within expected handling time, the only the product cost will be returned and you are responsible for return shipping. Express Shipping does not not reduce our handling time, it only reduces the time in transit with Royal Mail.
